17,000 Opportunities Every Day!

The most magical and mundane thing we do.

There have been a couple of key moments in my life where I have needed ALL of the practices I’ve learned so far in this lifetime just to feel like I could function.

When stress and anxiety have gotten the better of me, I have been dumbstruck at how deeply my life has been affected. My sleep, my emotional well being, my perspective on life, my creativity, and my ability to forge new social relationships were all derailed by the stress I was experiencing that eventually seemed to just feed on itself, even though the actual events that initially brought on the stress had long passed.

Can any of you relate?  ;) Argh, being HUMAN!!!!

When I went through a 2 year period of intense anxiety,  I had to call on every tool I had to just get through the day to day.  I DID manage to get to the other side, after some grueling months, and the breath was what got me there.  My breath was THE starting point for the practices that brought me to well-being. I am beyond grateful for these practices and for all the people who have brought them into my life.

One of the phenomenal things about working with the voice is that the voice and the breath are some of the most powerful self-healing tools we have.  The resonance of our voice can be used as a vibrational re-balancing tool for our nervous system and the breath is the current that the voice rides upon.

The breath is the foundation AND can be the gateway to many states of consciousness that we creative humans LOVE to have access to.

Greater presence, connection, creativity, inspiration, clarity, humor and sensitivity can all be enhanced through simple breathing practices.

When I’m working with people who are pushing through vulnerable edges to get to the next stage of sharing their voice, the breath is of the utmost importance.  When I’m about to teach, sing, get out there in front of people, let me tell you, the breath is the KEY to staying connected and grounded.

Want to learn more?  Stay tuned for my 3 part video tutorial coming out later this month that will teach you an incredibly powerful and simple breathing practice that can support not only your voice, but your ability to stay grounded and connected in this wild and wonderful world of ours.

In appreciation of your breath, take this opportunity to breath 10 deep and full breaths, and see what shifts!

With love,

Samantha
